About the role
Cigna Healthcare helps customers navigate the healthcare system and improve their health and well-being. This analyst will forecast staffing needs, optimize resources and develop actionable insights and capacity plans across business operations.
What you'll do
- Create cost and staffing models to inform resource location decisions
- Analyze resource utilization and recommend cost-effective staffing plans
- Develop resource optimization plans across sites, networks and business lines
- Support implementation of predictive models and capacity planning tools
- Translate analytical findings into actionable business recommendations
