About the role
Unisys provides digital workplace services that include hardware asset lifecycle support. The PC Coordinator manages hardware catalogues, stock forecasts and orders, supplier coordination, asset records, and related billing and escalations.
What you'll do
- Document hardware profiles, service bundles and stock thresholds
- Maintain catalogue and asset data in the DSS Database
- Forecast stock needs and prepare bulk purchase orders
- Request supplier quotations and provide final quotes
- Track orders and resolve shipment or asset discrepancies
- Monitor contractual SLAs and provide invoicing information
