Principal Engineer - Analog Design

Micron develops memory and storage products, including DRAM, NAND and NOR solutions. The Principal Engineer will design, simulate, validate and optimize analog and mixed-signal circuits for high-bandwidth memory products.

• Design analog and mixed-signal circuits for HBM products
• Integrate circuit modules with the power delivery network
• Validate reliability and optimize circuits and layouts
• Oversee layout floor-planning, placement and routing
• Run circuit simulations and support tape-out revisions
• Coordinate design work with product and manufacturing groups
