About the role
Collins Aerospace develops aerospace and defense systems and technologies. This Principal Engineer will architect, develop, integrate, and validate automatic test equipment while supporting proposals and manufacturing investigations.
What you'll do
- Derive test equipment requirements from customer and system specifications
- Develop ATE architectures and oversee equipment design
- Lead integration, verification, validation, and commissioning of test equipment
- Investigate test failures and implement corrective actions
- Review test engineering plans, designs, and user documentation
- Support customer proposals and technical presentations
