About the role
Collins Aerospace develops avionics systems for commercial and defense customers. This engineer will lead the development, integration, verification, and certification of safety-critical traffic surveillance systems.
What you'll do
- Decompose customer requirements into system, subsystem, and component requirements
- Lead systems engineers developing traffic surveillance solutions
- Define system architectures, interfaces, and verification strategies
- Develop automation tools for systems engineering and verification
- Create integration and verification plans, procedures, and reports
- Produce certification artifacts and support regulatory compliance
