About the role
Zscaler provides a cloud security platform that protects customers from cyberattacks and data loss. You will architect and deliver scalable AI infrastructure, LLM services, and agentic workflows for cybersecurity use cases.
What you'll do
- Architect scalable AI/ML infrastructure, LLM serving platforms, and agentic workflows
- Build reusable foundations for secure enterprise AI/ML services
- Define observability, evaluation, and reliability frameworks for production AI systems
- Drive cross-functional architectural initiatives for production-grade AI solutions
- Mentor teams on distributed systems design and communicate architecture to stakeholders
