About the role
RTX is an aerospace and defense company developing products and capabilities across its businesses. You will develop, configure and support ServiceNow modules, integrations and workflows while maintaining platform quality and upgrades.
What you'll do
- Develop and customize ServiceNow modules and workflows
- Implement secured integrations with third-party systems using REST and SOAP APIs
- Resolve platform incidents through debugging and root cause analysis
- Coordinate with business analysts and stakeholders to deliver requirements
- Test upgrades, service packs and platform enhancements
- Document configurations, customizations and processes
