About the role

Micron develops memory and storage products, including SSDs, for data center, cloud, client, and mobile applications. You will lead customer-facing SSD qualification, issue resolution, firmware release support, and technical enablement.

What you'll do

Lead customer SSD issue investigations from escalation through resolution
Support SSD qualification, integration, deployment, and production ramp
Manage firmware release planning, readiness, documentation, and customer communications
Create technical documentation and deliver training to customer-facing teams
Analyze recurring issues and drive product quality and readiness improvements
