About the role
Olyv provides digital lending, savings, credit health, and financial wellness products to consumers and small businesses. The Product Analyst will analyze product data and customer insights, maintain performance reporting, and support product planning and delivery.
What you'll do
- Analyze product performance, user behavior, funnels, retention, and cohorts
- Monitor product KPIs and maintain dashboards and reports
- Research competitors and interpret customer feedback
- Support requirements, user stories, sprint planning, and UAT
- Recommend product enhancements and roadmap priorities using data
