About the role
Lokal operates focused apps serving Tier-2 and Tier-3 India with local-language content and services. The Product Analyst will analyze product metrics and experiments, maintain tracking, and provide insights to improve engagement, retention, and revenue.
What you'll do
- Build dashboards and tracking sheets for critical KPIs
- Analyze KPI trends, anomalies, and root causes
- Evaluate A/B tests and conduct cohort and retention analyses
- Write and test event analytics for frontend clickstream data
- Track new features and recommend product improvements
- Identify bottlenecks in onboarding and payment funnels
