Product Management Intern

Convin builds AI agents that handle customer conversations at scale. The intern will help define, prototype, evaluate and improve AI product features using customer and product data.

• Manage LLM output quality and drive product improvements
• Write PRDs, user stories and acceptance criteria for AI features
• Prototype and test workflows and prompts with LLM tools
• Analyze product usage and call data to measure feature impact
• Coordinate build, QA and release work with engineering and design
