About the role
Convin's operations team contacts customers with overdue payments to arrange collections. You will negotiate payment commitments, guide customers through payment, and follow up until payments are received.

- Call customers with overdue payments
- Record reasons for non-payment and negotiate payment commitments
- Share payment links and guide customers through payments
- Follow up on due and broken payment promises
- Log call outcomes and escalate disputes or hardship cases
- Meet targets for calls, payment commitments, and collections
