About the role
Convin provides AI-powered conversation intelligence software that helps enterprises analyze customer conversations and improve business outcomes. The Senior Project Manager will lead enterprise SaaS implementations from kickoff through go-live, managing client relationships and internal project teams.
What you'll do
- Plan and deliver enterprise implementation projects from kickoff to go-live
- Define project scope, timelines, milestones, dependencies, and success criteria
- Manage client relationships, project reviews, escalations, and stakeholder updates
- Lead project managers and implementation resources, allocating work and mentoring team members
- Coordinate integrations, configurations, APIs, deployments, and technical issue resolution
- Standardize implementation processes, monitor project metrics, and improve delivery
