About the role
Convin provides AI-powered conversation intelligence software for enterprises to analyze conversations and improve business outcomes. The Project Manager will coordinate client implementations, integrations, deployments, and cross-functional delivery.
What you'll do
- Plan timelines and manage implementation project delivery
- Coordinate client communication with internal and external teams
- Guide integration, configuration, and deployment with engineering and product
- Identify project risks and resolve implementation roadblocks
- Standardize implementation processes and monitor project metrics
- Coordinate onboarding with sales, support, and customer success
