About the role
Disney creates entertainment, information and inspirational content through its iconic brands. This analyst will support compensation and benefits programs, administration, analysis, compliance and employee inquiries for India.
What you'll do
- Administer job evaluations, salary offers and internal equity reviews
- Support annual merit, bonus and long-term incentive processes
- Prepare compensation and benefits reports and dashboards
- Coordinate local benefits rollouts with regional teams
- Track legislative changes and maintain benefits data accuracy
- Support benefits audits, compliance checks and employee inquiries
