About the role
RTX provides aerospace and defense systems and services to commercial, military and government customers. The Global Mobility Analyst supports international employee assignments through documentation, compliance, vendor coordination, reporting and issue resolution.
What you'll do
- Prepare and maintain international assignment documentation and program files
- Update assignment data in mobility systems to support compliance
- Review invoices and coordinate documentation workflows
- Investigate assignment issues and coordinate corrective actions across teams
- Prepare data for cost projections, audits and compliance reviews
- Improve global mobility processes, tools and workflows
