Senior Engineer - AMS IP Verification

Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. You will verify pre-silicon analog and mixed-signal IP designs and develop testbenches, test cases, and verification environments.

• Simulate, analyze, and debug pre-silicon IP designs
• Develop test cases and stimulus to improve functional coverage
• Build and maintain testbenches and test vectors
• Run regressions and analyze coverage improvements
• Develop verification flows and environments for memory products
