Senior Engineer- DEG Layout

Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. This engineer will design and verify analog, mixed-signal, and custom digital layouts, guide team members, and reduce layout effort using AI tools.

• Design analog, mixed-signal, custom digital, and full-chip layouts
• Run layout verification including DRC, LVS, antenna, and EM checks
• Develop digital block layouts using automated placement and routing tools
• Estimate, schedule, and deliver block-level layouts
• Guide developing team members and review their layout work
• Use AI tools to reduce layout effort
