About the role
Scimplify develops and manufactures advanced materials, including specialty chemicals, through a global network of manufacturing and technical partners. This person will coordinate supplier sourcing, RFQs, quotation comparisons, price tracking and procurement records.
What you'll do
- Maintain supplier databases and commercial records
- Prepare and share RFQs and follow up with suppliers
- Compile quotations and compare prices and commercial terms
- Research chemical markets and track supplier pricing
- Prepare MIS reports, price trackers and RFQ status reports
- Support supplier onboarding and procurement documentation
