About the role
UptimeAI provides AI-driven predictive analytics for industrial and enterprise operations to improve uptime and reduce downtime. You will coordinate customer implementation projects, deploy and validate models, and help customers go live successfully.
What you'll do
- Gather requirements and prepare technical scope for model building
- Review process diagrams and perform tag mapping
- Deploy models in customer environments and validate their outputs
- Coordinate project timelines, scope, risks, and stakeholder communications
- Provide product feedback and identify workflow automation opportunities
