About the role
Kapture CX provides AI-powered SaaS solutions that help enterprises automate customer experience operations. You will lead a small engineering team while designing and delivering backend modules and ensuring their stability.
What you'll do
- Own backend modules from design through delivery
- Translate business requirements into technical requirements and deliver to timelines
- Maintain system uptime and meet module SLAs
- Plan and delegate work for a team of 2–4 engineers
- Mentor engineers and conduct code reviews
- Engage clients and internal teams on module requirements
