AI/ML Engineer

Kapture CX provides enterprise SaaS for customer experience automation, including conversational AI. The ML Engineer will fine-tune and evaluate speech and language models and prepare production-ready training pipelines and datasets.

• Research and select foundation models for production use
• Build fine-tuning pipelines using SFT, DPO, LoRA, and QLoRA
• Create evaluation frameworks for ASR, TTS, and LLMs
• Develop synthetic data generation pipelines
• Adapt models for Indian languages, accents, and code-mixed speech
• Coordinate model handoff with MLOps teams
