About the role
Kapture CX provides an agentic customer experience platform for enterprise customer service, sales, collections, and claims. The Senior Project Manager will lead enterprise AI implementations from planning through go-live, adoption, and measurable customer outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead complex AI and SaaS implementation programs from kickoff through go-live
- Oversee enterprise deployments of chatbots, voicebots, and conversational AI
- Translate business requirements into delivery roadmaps with product and engineering teams
- Manage program risks, delivery governance, and escalations
- Mentor project managers and delivery teams
- Drive customer adoption and measurable business outcomes
