• Define Microsoft 365 architecture, roadmap, standards, and governance
• Establish Power Platform environments, CoE standards, and lifecycle controls
• Lead Copilot architecture, AI governance, and adoption frameworks
• Optimize licensing, platform costs, and service operations
• Guide tenant integration and migration for mergers and acquisitions
• Advise executives, support teams, and vendors on platform decisions
