About the role
WEKA provides AI-native data infrastructure for enterprise AI, machine learning, and compute-intensive workloads. You will lead a regional professional services team and own delivery quality, staffing, capacity, and customer engagement outcomes.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop regional Solutions Architects and Technical Engagement Managers
- Set team priorities, performance expectations, and career development plans
- Own delivery quality, resourcing, utilization, and capacity forecasting
- Review engagement architectures, delivery plans, and schedules
- Partner with Sales, Product, R&D, and program leadership on delivery outcomes
- Define and improve regional delivery KPIs, processes, and standards
