About the role
WEKA provides a hybrid cloud data platform for data-intensive workloads, including AI and machine learning. You will resolve complex customer escalations across infrastructure and software layers and drive permanent fixes and support improvements.
What you'll do
- Own complex customer escalations through resolution and permanent fixes
- Analyze application, compute, network, storage, and cloud layers to isolate root causes
- Identify recurring defects and drive proactive action across affected customers
- Provide engineering teams with reproducible defects and root cause evidence
- Create technical advisories and knowledge base articles
- Build support analysis tools and train Customer Success engineers
