About the role
First Citizens India is a financial services global capability center supporting tax, finance, risk, and other business functions. The Senior Manager will review U.S. tax filings, oversee compliance processes, and lead a team of tax professionals.
What you'll do
- Review U.S. federal, state, and local tax returns and workpapers
- Oversee tax filing deadlines, extensions, estimated taxes, and supporting schedules
- Assess tax positions, nexus analyses, and apportionment methodologies
- Support audits, respond to information document requests, and strengthen internal controls
- Drive tax process improvements and use tax technology solutions
- Lead, mentor, and develop tax professionals
