About the role

What you'll do
- Manage and guide the credit and collections team
- Oversee client creditworthiness assessments and credit limit decisions
- Monitor accounts receivable and contact clients about outstanding payments
- Resolve billing inquiries, disputes, and payment arrangements
- Prepare collections performance reports and KPIs
- Maintain accurate records and ensure regulatory compliance
