About the role
NTT DATA provides enterprise technology services, including ServiceNow consulting and digital transformation delivery. This Business Analyst will translate HR service needs into requirements, coordinate testing, and support delivery of ServiceNow HRSD capabilities.
What you'll do
- Facilitate workshops to elicit and validate business requirements
- Write user stories, acceptance criteria, and process maps
- Maintain and refine the product domain requirements backlog
- Coordinate functional testing and user acceptance testing
- Support HRSD configuration requirements for employee services
- Document scope changes, risks, and delivery dependencies
