About the role
Glean provides an enterprise Work AI platform for search, assistance, and AI agents. You will build end-to-end product experiences for creating, evaluating, improving, deploying, and operating AI agents.
What you'll do
- Build product experiences for creating and configuring AI agents
- Design workflows to evaluate agent quality and inspect failures
- Build feedback and evaluation loops to improve agents
- Enable users to deploy and operate agents with suitable controls
- Work across frontend, backend, AI, and infrastructure systems
