NTT DATA provides technology services, consulting, and digital infrastructure to clients worldwide. The QA Engineer will test ServiceNow development, create and run test cases and automated scripts, and report defects and quality metrics.

• Execute functional, regression, integration, and exploratory tests
• Write test cases and scripts from user stories and acceptance criteria
• Build and maintain automated tests using ServiceNow ATF
• Log, track, and retest defects through resolution
• Support UAT by preparing test environments and data
• Report test execution results and defect metrics
