About the role
Prismforce provides talent technology solutions for enterprise clients. This consultant will gather requirements, design and present solutions, and support presales activities including proposals, demos, and proof-of-concept work.
What you'll do
- Gather client requirements and conduct discovery across the deal lifecycle
- Translate client needs into solution designs and product positioning materials
- Prepare solution-oriented responses to RFIs and RFPs
- Set up demo environments and troubleshoot readiness issues
- Design and present proof-of-concept outcomes to clients
- Research industry trends and competitor offerings in talent technology
