About the role
Target’s MarTech team builds AI-driven decisioning systems for personalized promotions and offers. You will develop, deploy, and operate production AI/ML services, pipelines, and inference systems for marketing decisioning.
What you'll do
- Build production AI/ML applications, services, and platforms
- Design scalable batch, streaming, and near-real-time data and ML pipelines
- Deploy and manage model training, inference, monitoring, and lifecycle workflows
- Develop APIs, microservices, batch scoring jobs, and event-driven integrations
- Implement MLOps capabilities, including model registries, drift detection, and retraining
- Partner with data scientists to productionize models and optimization strategies
