Sr Engineer - Ad Tech

Target Tech builds systems and platforms supporting Target’s retail teams, guests, and partners. You will build production AI applications and platform capabilities using LLMs, RAG, agents, and distributed backend systems.

• Build and integrate production LLM applications and agent workflows
• Design and implement RAG solutions, including retrieval and evaluation
• Build backend services with Java or Kotlin and Spring Boot
• Design reliable, scalable distributed AI systems
• Improve monitoring, tracing, performance, and production reliability
• Review designs and code, and mentor engineers
