Sr Engineer

Target Technology Services builds technology that supports Target’s retail operations online and in stores. You will develop reusable platform capabilities for AI agents, graph-based retrieval, context building, and statistical modeling.

• Develop reusable agent harnesses, frameworks, and project scaffolding
• Build capabilities to gather, structure, enrich, and manage context
• Create graph models and graph-based retrieval workflows
• Develop and validate statistical models and simulations
• Design scalable APIs and services, and own technical delivery
• Maintain engineering quality through testing and mentoring
