About the role
Everpure provides enterprise data storage and platform solutions, including FlashBlade. The Escalation Engineer resolves complex customer system failures, supports technical teams, and communicates product insights to engineering.
What you'll do
- Resolve critical, complex system issues and restore customer service
- Perform root-cause analysis across hardware, software, networking, and environments
- Mentor support team members through case triage and technical training
- Share customer system insights with Product Engineering
- Lead customer escalation calls and create technical knowledge articles
