Staff ASIC Validation Engineer (Chaz/Characterization))

Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. This engineer leads post-silicon characterization, lab validation, and debugging of ASIC, SoC, and memory products.

• Lead first-silicon bring-up, board validation, and early silicon debug
• Develop electrical characterization plans and perform PVT measurements
• Test high-speed interfaces and perform signal and power integrity analysis
• Automate lab measurements and analyze silicon data using Python or MATLAB
• Investigate silicon failures and recommend design, firmware, or test fixes
• Correlate post-silicon results with simulations and document characterization findings
