Staff Engineer, ASIC Gen AI

Micron develops DRAM, NAND and NOR memory and storage products. You will build and deploy GenAI and machine learning systems that support ASIC engineering workflows.

• Build GenAI and agentic systems for ASIC engineering workflows
• Develop and optimize LLM workflows, including RAG and evaluation
• Implement machine learning models for classification, anomaly detection and failure analysis
• Deploy, monitor and operationalize AI/ML solutions in cloud and enterprise environments
• Partner with engineering experts to turn complex problems into AI/ML solutions
