Staff Engineer - ESD Design

Micron develops memory and storage products, including DRAM, NAND and NOR. This engineer will lead ESD architecture, circuit design, silicon validation and signoff for high-speed I/O products.

• Define ESD architecture and protection strategies for high-speed I/O portfolios
• Design and analyze ESD circuits at block and full-chip levels
• Correlate simulations with TLP testing and silicon results
• Lead ESD failure analysis and corrective actions
• Establish layout guidelines and ESD qualification strategies
• Mentor engineers and standardize reusable ESD methods and IP
