Staff ENGINEER, HIG HBM-ARCHITECTURE

Micron develops DRAM, NAND, and NOR memory and storage products. You will architect HBM design-for-test strategies and flows from wafer probe through system-level testing.

• Define DFT architectures for HBM base dies and DRAM dies
• Develop test strategies for stacked-die, cube-level, and system-level flows
• Architect test access from wafer probe through final test
• Enable silicon observability for yield learning, debug, and failure analysis
• Apply AI to improve design quality and DFT
