Micron develops memory and storage products, including DRAM, NAND and NOR, for data centers, AI and other computing systems. You will model and evaluate memory system architectures to improve subsystem performance and power across applications.

• Simulate and compare innovative system architectures
• Develop models of controllers, memory devices, interconnects and processors
• Analyze application memory and storage access patterns
• Identify system bottlenecks and propose architecture solutions
• Evaluate architecture tradeoffs across software and hardware layers
