About the role
PhonePe operates a digital payments app and offers financial products and consumer technology services in India. The Talent Acquisition Lead will own and improve large-scale hiring, vendor channels, recruitment operations, and candidate funnel performance.
What you'll do
- Own end-to-end mass hiring from demand planning through onboarding
- Build scalable pipelines through vendors, referrals, and direct sourcing
- Set vendor targets, service levels, and performance metrics
- Analyze hiring funnel data and address process bottlenecks
- Manage recruitment operations, dashboards, and automation
- Coordinate hiring plans with business, HR, and operations teams
