About the role

What you'll do

Gather and prioritise requirements for talent dashboards, reports, and analytics products
Translate business questions into data requirements, KPI definitions, and acceptance criteria
Coordinate data quality issue tracking, remediation, and validation
Partner with IT and data teams to deliver business-facing reporting and insights
Coordinate user acceptance testing, report validation, and business sign-off
Monitor analytics adoption, user feedback, and data quality trends
