About the role
Otis manufactures, installs and services elevators and escalators worldwide. The Talent Sourcing Specialist will build candidate pipelines, screen and engage candidates, and provide market insights for hiring across APAC.
What you'll do
- Partner with APAC talent acquisition partners to understand hiring plans and role requirements
- Build pipelines for technical, commercial and field-based roles
- Source candidates through online channels, databases, referrals and market mapping
- Conduct initial candidate screening and maintain candidate engagement
- Provide talent availability, competitor and compensation insights across APAC
