About the role

Everpure provides enterprise data storage and platform products. This engineer troubleshoots customer issues, performs software and hardware upgrades, and supports product implementations.

What you'll do

Troubleshoot and resolve customer technical issues across severity levels
Perform software and hardware upgrades and coordinate RMA dispatch
Create and maintain knowledge base articles and customer FAQs
Manage multiple customer support cases and priorities
Participate in weekend, holiday, and on-call support rotations
