About the role
Arcana provides a portfolio intelligence platform for hedge funds and asset managers to analyze performance and risk. The vice president will lead the analyst organization and strengthen portfolio analytics, client delivery, and investment workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop a team of 20–30 analysts
- Set analyst organization priorities, operating rhythms, and execution standards
- Own quality standards for portfolio data workflows and client deliverables
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Data Science on analytics roadmaps
- Establish review standards and quality controls for financial models and portfolio analytics
- Define team goals, operational metrics, and delivery KPIs
