Arcana provides portfolio intelligence software for hedge funds and asset managers to analyze investment performance, risk, and exposures. The Client Solutions Associate resolves client platform and analytics issues, supports onboarding, and helps improve workflows.

• Resolve client questions and platform support requests
• Troubleshoot portfolio analytics, data workflow, and platform issues
• Support client onboarding and implementation projects
• Coordinate with product, engineering, and data teams on complex issues
• Identify recurring client pain points and share platform feedback
