About the role
Adobe provides creative, productivity, and customer experience platforms, including Workfront. The manager will lead and develop the Workfront practice team, improve delivery quality, and embed AI into its workflows.
What you'll do
- Lead and develop Workfront practitioners across implementation, consulting, and architecture
- Define competency frameworks, assess skill gaps, and build development plans
- Embed AI tools in delivery workflows and practice operations
- Establish quality standards, review mechanisms, and reusable delivery playbooks
- Represent the practice with customers and internal stakeholders
- Monitor delivery health, utilisation, and customer satisfaction metrics
