The team counsels prospective students about academic programs, admissions and career pathways. This person will counsel prospects, manage leads and convert them into enrollments while maintaining application records and meeting targets.

• Counsel prospective students on courses, eligibility, fees and scholarships
• Explain program features, teaching methods and career prospects
• Generate and manage leads through cold calls and inbound inquiries
• Convert leads into enrollments and meet monthly targets
• Process applications and follow up on enrollment confirmations
• Record counseling interactions and maintain a prospective-student database
