About the role
Cigna International Health is advancing a digital strategy across its international markets. The Agile Coach will coach individuals and teams, improve agile practices and maturity, and support organisation-wide initiatives.
What you'll do
- Coach Release Train Engineers, Scrum Masters and Agile Product Owners
- Assess agile maturity and create plans to improve team processes
- Identify and resolve barriers to scaling agile practices
- Support agile events, training and implementation of best practices
- Collect and report agile practice metrics
- Advise senior leaders on complex agile coaching matters
